They are suitable for any occasion, beautifully hand finished, with pretty ribbon detail crystal heart and 3D butterfly.

This is available in any colour to compliment the occasion and can be adapted with any different

embellishments / charms, i.e. hearts, flowers, diamante stone encrusted silver keys for a 21st, initials,

I currently deal with around 75 to 100 orders at any one time and make everything

myself, the turn around time is up to 5 days so please allow time to receive your order.

Free shipping is 2-3 working days and the 1 st class paid option is 1 working day once the

product has been made.

 

If you have any concerns or need your card a little sooner, please message

me BEFORE purchasing to ensure I can get the item out to you in time.

I am not able to refund for any cards that have already been processed, dispatched

delivered if it is within the estimated time frame given above.

I want to ensure you receive your personalised card exactly how you want it.

To enable me to do this, on ordering, if you could please make it 100% clear

the exact wording / personalisation you require on your card. This includes the

wording on the inside too. If you require the card different to the one advertised,

i.e. you want a different verse or you want it leaving blank, you must let me

know.

 

All items will be made as advertised unless otherwise stated.  I am unable to

send replacement cards or give refunds for instances where full instruction has

not been given.
