Standard Processing Time

Please allow 5 working days for your item to be made and posted to you. From then, depending on the postage option you choose as you go through checkout, will depend on when you will receive your item. This is detailed on each postage option as you go through checkout.

If you need an item in a hurry, I do offer a faster processing option 'Rush My Order' - this can be selected as you go through the checkout process from the delivery options.

Returns & Replacement Policy
Due to the nature of the products I sell, as all items are personalised to your requirements, returns are not accepted if the product has already been made and you have
​
1. not allowed enough time for your item to be made and shipped
2. given incorrect information / spellings etc
3. you have simply changed your mind

However, if an error has made by myself, firstly I would always replace wherever possible. If this cannot be replaced due to time limitations, then there would, in this instance be a 14 day returns policy. All costs in this instance will be covered by myself.
